Raw Material Inspection:

Finished Product Inspection:

Comprehensive inspection of the final product,checking packaging appearance, dimensions, print quality, and seal integrity against customer requirements and industry standards.

Performance Testing:

Conducting a series of performance tests to ensure packaging meets its intended use. Include load-bearing tests, abrasion resistance tests, waterproofing tests, etc.

Safety Inspection:

Ensuring packaging complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. This may involve checking for harmful substances, sharp edges, and other safety concerns.

Packaging Label Inspection:

Checking packaging labels for readability and inclusion of necessary information such as product name, specifications, production date, expiration date, etc.

Packaging Inspection Records:

Documenting inspection results for each batch of packaging. This aids in traceability and quality management, facilitating timely resolution and improvement when issues arise.

Customer Acceptance:

Submitting inspected packaging products to the customer for final acceptance. Ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contract agreements.
