Initially, they hoped to customize packaging that could perfectly house both dentures and denture cleaners, but the dentures and cleaners needed to be packaged separately. They learned about La… After receiving the request from the Clinica team, our structural engineers worked overnight to design a double-layered book-shaped box. This book-shaped box features an innovative box-within-a-box design, storing both the dentures and the dental cleaner in one gift box while ensuring that the dentures and the cleaner are individually packaged. The book-shaped box uses a magnetic flip-top for easy customer use and a sense of unboxing. The logo printing is very clear, and the overall design is simple and sophisticated.
The denture book-shaped case inside is full of details, featuring a custom-made flocked inner tray to ensure a perfect fit for each denture. The flocked material feels incredibly smooth to the touch, preventing scratches and enhancing the packaging’s quality. The book-shaped case also has a transparent window, allowing the dentures to be clearly seen without opening the case, making storage easier for customers. Ribbon handles on both sides of the case make it easy to carry and add to its refined look.
This gift box can be described using a Chinese proverb: “Small but perfectly formed. ” The Clinica team was extremely satisfied with the sample, saying it was exactly the packaging they had in mind. Two weeks later, La Clinica contacted us again, saying that their previous double-layered book-shaped box had received rave reviews, and they wanted to customize an electric toothbrush gift box. This time, they wanted some innovative packaging, but the electric toothbrush packaging would be quite large, raising concerns about storage space and cost. This time, we abandoned the black and white design, opting instead for a high-tech laser-etched material throughout, paired with a black logo. It’s sure to turn heads, whether on a store shelf or as a gift. Considering the long distance between China and Saudi Arabia, and the considerable space required for such a large box, we chose our factory’s popular folding box with a handle. The advantage of this box is that it can be flattened and folded in a second, and when flattened, it’s just a thin sheet, significantly reducing warehousing and shipping costs. The black ribbon handle also saves the cost of a separate carrying bag. It’s incredibly convenient and quick to use, whether as a gift box for customers or for store staff to pack gifts.
Our structural designers also equipped this gift box with a blister tray. Why do dentures use flocked trays while electric toothbrushes use blister trays? Because dentures need softer care, while electric toothbrushes are made of harder materials and are electronic products, so they need shockproof and wear-resistant blister trays . In addition, blister trays are more economical.
